Any discrepency or short-shipped must be reported to us in 3 working days from date of order receipt. As a form of goodwill, we entertain an exchange/return of products with similar value or higher, provided the item seal has not been tampered with. Customers would need to bear the transport charges for product exchange/returns. There is no exchange/returns for products on SPECIAL SALE or PROMO ITEMS as these are heavily discounted items. There is a re-stocking fee equal to 15% of order value for orders that are cancelled when they are already on delivery.
