Is there an EU standard per diem rate and staff salary rates to guide applicants?
Yes. There is anEU standard per diem rate which can be used as maximum rate in case the organisation’s own per diem rate is higher. In all other cases, the applicant must use its own rates and policies. If the applicant has no policy in place, it should establish rates that are reasonable and realistic but in no case exceed the EU standard rates.
