Is there an entry fee to compete in the Miss America Puerto Rico system?
No, there is not an entry fee to compete in the Miss America system. However, there is a fundrasing requirement for each contestant which varies according to state or local level. Contestants at the State Level are expected to raise a minimun of $250 in donations, which can be easily done in person or online. In addition each new Miss America becomes the goodwill ambassador for her state Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. For more information about becoming a contestant click here.
