Is there an email address at the Commission that stakeholders can email their completed form to?
There is now an email address to which stakeholder information may be submitted: OGC.WrittenSubmissions@gov.bc.ca. It is only to be used for submissions from affected persons or landowners as per OGAA section 22(5). The format of the submission should be the same as referenced in the manual (i.e. they may use the submission form or any other form of documentation such as a letter which provides the information the Commission needs to consider their interests).
