There are products for the weekly Lectionary, as in the Logos Bible software add-in for the weekly Lectionary. For the Daily Lectionary, there is a spreadsheet product: Excel spreadsheets with the ECUSA Daily Lectionary readings, for both Year One: http://satucket.com/lectionary/daily_lectionary1.xls and Year Two: http://satucket.com/lectionary/daily_lectionary2.xls.
