Start by checking the rails to make sure they haven’t moved. They must be equal distance apart at floor level, at the curve at the top of the door and at the ends attached to the ceiling. Loosen the bolts holding the rails in position and move the rails until they are back in position. then raise the door half way and place a level against the bottom of one of the panels to see if the door is level. If it is not level, raise the rail on the side that is lower than the other. Lastly, check the springs to make sure you have the same amount of slack in the cables when the door is raised. Do this by picking a point half way between the spring and the wall. Pull down on the cable and measure the distance from the rail to the cable. The measurement should be equal on both sides.
