Yawgmoths Will is right. If there was an easy way, everyone would have done it. If there was a quick way, nobody would have quit because of slow results. The only way to lose fat and keep if off is with healthy eating and smart exercise. To lose fat: 1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS! Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level. 4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight. 5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up.
