Is there an application cut-off date?
While the UW-Milwaukee Graduate School application suggests submitting by January 1st for admission the following Fall semester, the School of Business processes applications year-round for admission to the Ph.D. Program. Early application is strongyly recommended, however, because it takes several months to process an application. More importantly, if you need financial support it is best to apply early. Even though there is no set application deadline, for full consideration for graduate assistantships or Chancellor’s Graduate School Awards administered by the business school, your complete application package must be submitted by January 1. If you apply late for Fall admission, we may be able to process your application over the summer; however, your chances of receiving financial aid decrease substantially the longer you wait to submit your application.
