Is there an appeal process after the “implementation” appeal timelines have expired?
Yes. Just like in the current JE plan, there is a provision for employees to request a review of their classification. Employees can only appeal their classification after 6 months, minimum, have passed from their last appeal (including appeals under the “implementation” appeal process). The “ongoing” classification review request process is similar to the “implementation” appeal process.
