N2O offers many user-exits that can be used to interface with other tools, such as a problem tracking system. (Note that N2O Version 3.3.0 includes a Project Tracking Subsystem.) Several APIs have been added in versions 4 and 5. These APIs allow access to the checkout utility, copying events, and various other functions.
