NO! We initially set up FPP as a membership service, offering discounted shipping rates to frequent travelers. Based on your feedback, we decided to change our structure and adpot a new slogan…. The More You Ship, The More You Save! For each shipment after the 1st, you’ll receive a discount on shipping costs and no up-front fee is required.
