Is there an Alzheimers Care/locked Dementia Unit?
Garden Place offers a specialized setting specifically for residents with early on-set Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, who are at risk for wandering and could benefit from a therapeutic approach to memory care. We believe our intimate community is the right size to be engaging and yet not over-stimulating. Doors to the floor are locked for the safety of residents who wander and a series of enrichment programs are offered throughout the day to enhance the memory of life skills and social enjoyment.
