Yes. The ACCESS Payload User s Guide gives the nominal allowances for educational payloads on MEI commercial flights. However, larger mass and volume allotments do exist on MEI launches. Please contact the ACCESS Program Office if you would like to inquire about a larger allotment. Please note that the payload organization will need to justify the additional allotment requested.
