The following is an excerpt from the Admission and Withdrawal document that is available on www.ncwise.org. Please refer to this document for more information and scenerios. Factors that determine No Show or Withdrawal: The student’s last school of ownership. Whether or not a student has attended classes in the current school of admission. When to use the No Show action: Students have been admitted to a school, but have not attended any classes at this school since this admission. Students who were previously enrolled at the user’s school in a year other then the last school year and are now enrolled for the current school year but have never attended class in the current school year may be removed by using the No Show process. If the school mass registers all students at the start of the year, students must be reverse registered before the no show can be processed. Student who are cross enrolled cannot be no shown until the cross enrollment is removed.
