hi no you can not adjust the clutch cable as they are auto adjust they do it automatically.if you think its the cable that has stretched and not the clutch that is worn you will also need a new ratchet and pawl that fits the cable to the clutch peddle,but they are not easy to fit,have a ford spanner man take a look at it,or any garage worth their salt will be able to assist.
