ULC International Headquarters is located in Modesto, California. A real church building exists there as well as offices for church business. ULC has various congregations all over the world as well. A church is NOT a building. Even a church building itself is not a church. You have to understand that legally a church is a group of believers in some religious tenets (beliefs) and there needs not be any physical structure at all.
