Is there always a lump with testicular cancer?

0

Okay, i’m not going to lie to you. There DOESN’T have to be a lump for cancer, but its NOT always cancer, it may hormonal, a cyst, a hernia, something psychological with psychosomatic outcomes. But you’re not gonna get a clear answer here. You need to see a specialist. No doctor is gonna look at you and say: OH MY GOD! I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE! They’ve seen it all, twice. You have every right as a human being to see a doctor about your testicles just as every woman deserves to have a mammogram. Please, see a doctor. There is no shame in asking for help, only in ignorance. You can do this.
