Is there a word processing version of the rule analysis form that I can use to prepare a draft–something like the old WordPerfect form?

Yes. A Microsoft Word version of each rulemaking form is available. Right-click on the link below and, if you’re using Netscape, choose “save link target as”, or if you’re using Internet Explorer, choose “Save target as” to download the Word version of the form. • Notice of Proposed Rule (New, Amendment, Repeal, or Repeal and Reenact) REMEMBER: • You may NOT use the Word version of the forms to file rules–rules must be filed using eRules. • Make certain that you have modified your default Word settings before you begin using these forms. Instructions for modifying these settings are available online at http://www.rules.utah.gov/agencyresources/faqs/faq-word.htm.
