Ringback tones have to be purchased via verizon, becuase they are not like ringtones and have to be stored on the network server. You can access these from the GET IT NOW application, VZW Tones, or from the www.verizonwireless.com website. There will be a tab on the mainscreen for like ringtones, ringback tones, alerts, and what not. You can preview the ringbacktones and browse them for free (doing this from your phone will incur data charges, so this is better) But, there is no other place to get these ringbacktones, they have to be purchased via Verizon.
