First of all, I’d suggest you remove the stuff giving you the nag screens. Download SpyBot Search and Destroy at http://www.spybot.com/index2.html. Install it and run a spyware scan. Remove everything that is listed and you will have no more nag screens. After you have done that, install McAfee Site Advisor from http://www.siteadvisor.com/. SiteAdvisor will tell you when you Google\Yahoo\Ask (etc..) search that a website offers bad downloads, etc… From there you can safely search “free screensavers” without fear of nag screens.
