Is there a way to use internal Ghost software to make a backup hard drive copy for FORCE games?
(A) The FORCE hard drive has copyright protection incorporated on it. If a backup FORCE hard drive copy is installed into a FORCE game, it will boot up as if it is running Emerald software. (Q) I need to know who to contact for hard drive repair or replacement for my Megatouch MAXX 2K Plus. (A) The repairing of hard drives is typically not done. Replacing the hard drive is normally the procedure to take, should it be defective. Contacting an authorized Merit distributor for a replacement hard drive would be your best bet. The part number for the 2K Plus (V5.01) is PA3002-05. (Q) We have a Megatouch MAXX Emerald Edition (Model # G20-10-205) that gives a boot-up report of “NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND”. In checking the hard drive on a computer, it tells me there is a bad sector. Also, I cannot get into the BIOS when I try to attach a keyboard. Can I use a different hard drive and copy the program files on to it, or do I have to purchase a new hard drive with program files if the hard drive
