Is there a way to turn off wakoopa auto starting at computer start up?

I do not wish to have the rest of the users on my computer tracked so I turn off wakoopa tracker when I’m not using it, but the tracker will run at the computer start up and as I’m not usually the first on it tracks whoever was. So I want to know if there is a way to turn this feature off.
