A17: There is no formula for converting CPU95 results to CPU2000 results and vice versa; they are different products. There probably will be some correlation between CPU95 and CPU2000 results (i.e., machines with higher CPU95 results often will have higher CPU2000 results), but there is no universal formula for all systems. SPEC strongly encourages SPEC licensees to publish CPU2000 numbers on older platforms to provide a historical perspective on performance.
