Is there a way to split the fee between producer and buyer?
When setting up an event you are required to decide whether the ticket buyer or the producer will pay 100% of the service charge fee. The only time we ever have two fees is when a producer chooses to tack on a venue fee which is always paid by the ticket buyer. If you used the venue fee capability, you could opt to pay the service fee and still pass the venue fee through to the ticket buyer. The venue fee is transparent (it is labeled a “venue fee”) so your customers can see that this part of the fee is supposed to be going to the venue.
