Is there a way to restrict my staff members access to SynaMed only on the computers at work?

Yes, you may restrict your staffs access to certain IP addresses. In Misc Administration Maintain User, select the users, and click Update. In IP Address granted access text field of the Update User window, enter in the IP addresses of computers where the user can access the application.
