Is there a way to record you own ringtones for an LG envy?
go under “Music and Tones” go to “My sounds” then hit “record new” try to keep the recording to about 30 seconds or less, then hit ok to save it when your done. then go to your messaging and create a new picture message (yes i said picture message ), you don’t need to put a picture in it but in the “To” line send it to yourself in the sound line, go to your sounds and select that new sound you recorded. then send the message.. When you receive the message, open it, go to options and select “Save as Ringtone” This will save your sound as a ringtone but the quality will vary! You could also go to www.vzwpix.com and send yourself a picture message from there, the good thing about that is that you can choose sounds that are already on your computer and the quality would be better.
