Is there a way to quickly locate a frequently-accessed calendar located in a Public Folder?
First, locate the calendar in a Public Folder, right-click on it and select Add to Favorites and then click the Add button to add it to your Public Folders Favorites. Next, open the Public Folders | Favorites folder, right-click on the calendar you added in the previous step and select Add to Other Calendars. Click on the Calendar tab in the navigation pane and then check the box next to calendarname in Public Folders under “Other Calendars”.
