Is there a way to put blue highlights/streaks on black hair without bleaching it?
If you want your hair to be like a hint of blue, like only really noticeable in light then yea you can put it in without bleaching it. But if you want that dramatic look then yea, you are going ot have to bleach it (How do I know,i did my roommates hair in blue) If you are looking to do just a few streaks not like all over, the best thing to do is to go to the store and buy Revlon highlight kit which is in a gold box, and get the one that says (NOT recommended for black hair) yes I said not recommended as, as soon as you touch this to black hair it will immediately turn in yellow blonde! Make sure you put the cap on over your head and pull out the string of hair you want highlighted!
