No. Part of the reason for R23’s release was to fix for the unlimited limit from R21’s release. In edition to this time limit, background scripting code was improved/fixed. (This was done because of complaints from locations of players abusing time limits on local ITG machines) Please note that the limit of R23 is 130 seconds and not a solid 2 minutes.
