Is there a way to measure blood pressure without a machine?
No, there isn’t. Your symptoms are unlikely to be blood pressure. High blood pressure has been called ‘the silent killer’ beacause you are very unlikely to know that you have it – it doesn’t have any symptoms You’re more likely to feel symptoms from low blood pressure (such as dizziness from standing quickly), which, in the UK, we don’t treat – although they do in some countries.
