Is there a way to make the discs go faster down the shuffleboard court?
Yes, there are several options available. We carry products that are applied to the bottom of discs. One item is a Disc Spray Wax which is applied to the bottom of the discs and the other, is a Silicone Disc Bar which also is applied to the bottom the discs. Usually, only one of those options is used. Also, there are products to spread onto the court as well. One, is called Dura Glide which is a beaded wax applied to the shuffleboard court by using a shaker sprinkling it evenly down the court. When you are finished playing, you can sweep us the Dura Glide and re-use it time after time until it has simply lost its effectiveness or is extremely dirty. Another option is Wind Wax which is more of a cakey type dressing for the shuffleboard courts. This is good for shuffleboard courts in windy areas because it stays on the court because of the material it is made out of.
