There is an option when you run the ISWEB.GA_Project Reconciliation Reports (Expenditure Detail tab) or ISWEB.GA_Award Review Reports (Expenditure Detail tab) report to exclude Oracle manual encumbrances. There is also an option to exclude all labor encumbrances.
