Is there a way to heal from emotional eating by yourself?
You must feel free from emotional. We all need help in some point in our life.Sadness come in many forms. But we must make our self free from it. There is some thing hidden with in you that is not coming into surface. You can go for a course of counselling. First you must tell yourself that you love your body and soul. When sleeping wear loose cloth leave the door open for air. Have more space in your bed and spread your arms and legs and relax. If some one can give you a head massage while you are sleeping will do good to your relaxation. In the morning, eat more fruits and cereals. Have good lunch. In the evening eat light meal. During this period go for swimming or to gym. The best you can do is meditation. If you can tell the teacher your problem, he or she will tell you what type of meditation you should do.
