Is there a way to get rid of locust trees WITHOUT heavy farm equipment?
Simple, buy and axe and whack them off at the base- right at ground level then they won’t bother the tractor. Brush killer will usually kill small trees also. Or buy a propane fueled weed burner, careful of course not to use it when you would catch the pasture on fire– and burn the small trees at the base– heat them up to glowing and they won’t be back.
