Contrary to what many people think, you can get kids to eat good foods without it being a constant struggle. The first step in getting kids to eat healthy is to start early. Provide a wide variety of healthy foods to them from an early age and let them pick things that they like. If your kids are already older and very picky, just try to give them a wider variety of foods. Encourage them to try new things, and try foods with them.
