Is there a way to force RelationshipSecure to send mailings in text format instead of HTML?
Normally when RelationshipSecure sends e-mails, it sends them in what is known as a multi-part/alternative format which includes both a graphical (HTML) version of the message as well as a text version. Most mail software that your recipients might use to read your messages will be able to display the message in HTML format if the user wants to see graphics, or display text only if they don’t. However, some email programs – especially older software – may not have this capability. You can force RelationshipSecure to send messages in text-only format to deal with this scenario. There is an option for this in the mailing wizard. When setting up a mailing, when you get to the screen that prompts you for the message subject, greeting, and message text, you will notice an option at the bottom that says “Message Format:”. The default option is “Graphical/html.” Change the option to “Plain Text” if you want to send text-only messages.
