Power steering fluid is not usually green. Antifreeze is green. I’d spray the power steering box down with carb or brake cleaner. Dry it off, and fill the power steering pump up with the correct power steering fluid. Start up the jeep, leave it in nuetral, have somone sit in it and turn the steering wheel lock to lock several times. Then you can see if the seal from the Steering box to the pitman arm, the seal from the steering shaft to the steering box, or the hose fittings from the steering box to the power steering pump are leaking. You can replace the seals, a FSM or Haynes will help you out with the particulars. Or you can by a rebuilt one at NAPA, or get one from a salvage yard and take your chances…
