Is there a way to exclude a customer from future mailing lists without deleting them from Masterpiece?

There are several ways to exclude a contact from future mailing lists. Of course, you can delete the address, and then Masterpiece would exclude them as an invalid address. You can “uncheck” the “customer” check box for that contact, and then make sure you only mail to customers. Or, the “best” way in our opinion is to include a keyword in the customers notes such as “NOMAIL”. Then, when you are generating your next mailing list, at the end of the process, enter NOMAIL in the notes field and click on the button for “Remove” this will remove these unwanted contacts from your mailing list.
