Yes, the add-on supports highlighting links whose linked-to pages contain words you’re especially interested in, regardless of what the prediction for that link is. So for example, if you’re very interested in anything related to “Brandeis University” you can put that in your Important Keywords (Tools -> Add-ons -> Link Rater -> Options) and any links to pages that mention this term will be highlighted red (instead of the usual green).
