Is there a way to easily identify and update who returned a sample?
Yes. If a kit has been returned, you can update the information using the Group Administrator Page Members link. From the GAP, click on the Members link and then click on the name next to the kit number that should be updated. You can change the information in this section, select “Update,” and the information in our records will be updated.
