Is there a way to delete, reply, print or filter a single message from an email thread?
1. In your inbox, click on the particular email thread you would like to delete a message from, select the sender 2. On the right hand side, you will see a box called “Reply”, and an arrow pointing down. Click on the arrow, , this will open a menu box with all these options, click on the option you would like to use.
