Is there a way to convert the MMG WeeklySM into the gmt format ACT! uses?
Rather than go through a big conversion process every week, you can link your ACT! email address book right to your regular Outlook/Express system, so that via Outlook you can access your contacts already set up in ACT!, but simply forward the MMG WeeklySM right out of Outlook so that it will keep the original look and you won’t have to try to cut and paste. The steps in ACT! are: Edit – Preferences – Email – then Email system set up. This will walk you through an easy wizard that will allow you to link your ACT! address book right to Outlook/Express or whatever email system you use. You will then be able to forward the weekly directly from there.
