Is there a way to contact the office for emergencies outside of normal business hours?
Yes, you may call our main office at 529-2900 24 hours a day. If our office is closed the answering service will forward emergency calls to our maintenance staff. For non-emergency maintenance or other messages they will be relayed the next day. Examples of maintenance emergencies are: These may include no heat, no electricity, no water, broken water lines and blocked toilet (if there is only one toilet). No heat would apply any time the outside temperature is less than 50 degrees, a no air conditioning emergency would apply if the outside temperature is above 80 degrees.
