Yes, the default synchronization window is 6:00am to 10:00pm local time. You can change that window on the device to any time window you prefer. For synchronization 24 hours per day, change the synchronization window to 12:00am to 12:00am. These settings are available on your mobile device Wireless Sync client under Setup > Push/ReadySync.
