I’m not a lawyer but even though you are entitled to it you probably can’t get U.S. laws (that the order to pay was handed down on your father by) to be enforced in his country. In other words hes not breaking any laws of his country and the U.S. won’t or can’t serve papers on him in another country. If it was a violent crime they might be able to but for failing to pay child support ( child desertion as far as I’m concerned). You should talk to a knowledgeable attorney about it. There may be ways if you had him located and he had assets or income to levy against. I think the barrier in the laws of the two countrys won’t let you take legal action. If he should ever step foot on U.S. soil and a warrant could be served he could be prosicuted. Good luck and study hard…
