Is there a way to change the compaction factor for certain stations?

Yes. From the Edit menu select Select. Enter the first range of cross sections and press OK. These cross sections are highlighted with a white box. Use the Edit, Select again to pick a second (third, fourth, etc.) range if necessary. Selecting another range of stations does not de-select the previously selected range of stations. Once all the ranges are highlighted, select Edit, Compaction. Enter the new compaction factor(s) and press OK. Only the highlighted stations are changed.
