Is there a way to burn off stomach flab fast?
We’re about the same height, 178 cm, but my weight was once 82 kgs. My stomach did show up a bit because I drink a lot of beer and eat a lot of rice. So, what I did was I acquired alternative food and beverage such as organic brown rice for the normal white rice and light calorie beer for my normal beer. I also lessened my consumption little by little. I also practice my posture by sucking in and flexing my stomach muscles once in a while even at the office. As time passed by, it became an involuntary thing and my abs started to show. Now, I’m doing full sit-ups because those practices helped me to become more flexible. Now I’m down to 73 kgs.
