Is there a way to avoid always having to select a Profile when starting Outlook?
The answer is yes. Click the Start button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen. Select Control Panel and then double click on the Mail icon. In the pop-up box, click the Show Profiles button. In the next pop-up window, click on the circle next to Always Use this Profile and then select Library Exchange in the test box at the top of the pop-up box. Click OK.
