Is there a way to analyze Advisement Report data for a large group of students rather than in individual reports?

Yes. DES can arrange for an advising office to receive a report that includes the status of one or all requirements for a select group of students or all students in a degree program. Some advising offices currently use these reports to determine admission to major eligibility for students in intended major status.
