Is there a way of chaging the font throughout a powerpoint presentation?
Possibly yes, possibly no. A few ways to do this… Slide Master – mentioned by someone else – if you typed all of your text into either the Outline or the “Click to Add Type” boxes, you should be able to go into the Slide Master and just change the font. The problem with that is if you have done any other customization – changed line spacing, the color of some of the text, made a text box smaller to wrap, etc., you will most likely end up losing the customization because you will most likely have to re-apply the Master (I say most likely because PowerPoint is inconsistent)! A really easy way – if you don’t mind changing ALL of a certain font to another font (with the Slide Master, you could have just changed the body from Arial to Times, yet kept the headers Arial) is to replace the font… PowerPoint XP/2003 – Format pulldown menu at top –> Replace Fonts –> in Replace, find the font you want to change –> in With, find the new font –> hit Replace. Done. PowerPoint 2007 – same as a
